As new position as fitness and exercise coach I work on promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle and exercise. Projects include Teachers Fitness Session, Disability Lunchtime Fitness, in school fitness and social inclusion fitness. Watch out for the BEEfit and BEEactive initiatives coming. Away from the Trust I am a regional strength and conditioning coach for England Girls. When not working I enjoy playing most sports and watching Hollyoaks. I also like collecting wild flowers and pressing them.
