Physio and GK coach required for BTEC programme

Match Day Physiotherapist Required

Brentford FC Elite Development Education Football Programme

Brentford FC’s Elite Development Education Football Programme is looking for a match day Physiotherapist with a pitch side treatment qualification for our Under 19 teams that compete in The National League Alliance for this season.

The team’s home matches take place at King’s House School Playing Fields in Chiswick on Wednesday afternoons and will be required for 3 hours. Matches will kick off at either 1pm or 2pm with the Physio required to be in attendance 40 minutes before kick-off.

The programme run by Brentford Community Sports Trust is ideally looking for a person that fulfils the following:

  • A pitch side qualification
  • Able to provide pitch side medical cover at home games
  • Knowledge of their craft
  • Available on Wednesdays
  • Approachable
  • DBS Certificated (enhanced), valid and in date
  • Able to start Wednesday 13th September, 2017

Remuneration: £60/game plus staff uniform

Goalkeeper Coach Required

Brentford FC Elite Development Education Football Programme

We require a specialist Goalkeeper Coach for our above programme to work with our goalkeepers offering them challenging sessions at our training venue in Chiswick (King’s House School Sports Ground).

The session will take place on Monday’s from 9.00am-11am from September to May.

The age range of the players will be will 16-19 and you will be tasked with planning, delivering and reviewing sessions that will also link in with the Head Coach’s overall season plan.

There may be an opportunity for additional hours within the Trust’s other projects.

Candidates should possess the following:

  • FA Level 2 Goalkeeping Coaching Certificate (minimum)
  • Valid and in date DBS/CRB
  • Valid and in-date FA Safeguarding
  • Valid and in-date FA Emergency Aid Certificate
  • Well organised, detailed and meticulous planner
  • Desirable: Worked with Under 17-19s previously
  • Desirable: FA Youth Modules

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour dependent on coaching qualification + Staff Kit
