Lee Doyle: Chief Executive  (Centre)

Lee joined the Football in the Community Programme in 1988, one year after it was launched. Having previously completed a Jaeger Management Training Programme he had decided to pursue a career in sport and travelled to America where he worked as a football coach travelling from the East to the West coast. Lee became Manager of the FITC programme in 1994 with the ambition of creating a Charitable Sports Trust. This ambition was achieved in 2005 and has increased the scope and reach of programmes on offer. Lee loves taking part in many sports, having played football for many years but now concentrates on golf, surfing, cycling and swimming and is taking part in his first triathlon in Summer 2011. He studied part time as a mature student for a BSc Sports Sciences and Business degree, graduating from Brunel University in 2006 and has studied for his FA full / UEFA A License and other coaching awards. He maintains that you are never too old to stop discovering and loves the creativity of working with passionate, like-minded people in and around the Trust.

Luke Skelhorn: General Manager

What to say about our General Manager? After graduating with a Degree in English, History & Politics Luke knew what he wanted...a job in sport! Following a year spent in America Luke took on his full time position in 1999. Lukes role sees him assisting Lee with the daily business of running the Trust and he is also a UEFA A License Coach.

Benjamin Lampert: Disabilities Sports Coach

Ben is new to the Trust although he has worked PT with the Griffin Park Learning Zone for many years. A level 2 Football Coach Ben is currently working towards his UEFA B License. Ben is also profoundly deaf and part of his role has seen him designing, developing and delivering a new football club specifically for deaf children. Interesting fact, Ben plays for the Great Britain Deaf Football Team and has represented GB at both national and international level.

Mark Wardman - Project Assistant (Internship)


Mark is here on a year’s work placement from Bournemouth University, where he is studying Sports Management. Mark loves water sports and as a result he has been very much involved with Brentford Boating Arch, both coaching and working behind the scenes. Away from work Mark enjoys watching cricket and going on road trips with friends to surf the beaches of Devon and Cornwall.

Peter Shears: Disabilities Project Manager

Peter has been involved with the Trust since, well time began! He is a specialist in his area and brings a depth of knowledge and professionalism that is unrivalled. His calm and considered manner make him the ideal Manager to head up his project. Peter has overseen the rapid and dramatic growth/demand for his projects and has helped establish BFCCST at the forefront of disabilites provision in the West London area. Peter's project epitomises the ethos of the Trust.

Krishan Puran: Kickz Programme Manager

Krishan initially began working for the Trust as a volunteer on the KICKZ project back in 2006. 5 years on and he is now Manager the  KICKZ project across Hounslow and Ealing. Krishan is a firm believer in the power of sport and how it can positively impact upon peoples lives, he also loves working with young people - 2 key elements that make his project so successful. Never one to shy away from a challenge...away from work he is a lifelong Hatters fan!

Martyn Hall: Quality Assurance Manager

Martyn originally started with the Trust as a casual coach working on the Street Soccer Summer programme in 2002. Since then he has been a busy Bee, having completed both his Degree & Masters. Martyn has also worked in health & fitness for both Reading FC and the England Womens Team. Martyn returned to the in 2006 and has progressed to his current role. Interesting fact, Martyn also works for the BFC First Team as their Game Breaker analyst.

Hila Coggans: BBA Project Manager

Hila has a passion for kayaking and introducing and developing people to the wonders of paddle sport. Hila Started paddling 7 years ago after helping out at her local scout troop. Since leaving behind her a corporate career in IT Sales Hila has worked for several paddle sport coaching companies and along the way has gained a wealth of NGB awards and is also a national coach trainer! Hila is also just finishing her Sports and Social Science degree and is a keen cyclist too!

Amy Crook: Community Links & Office Manager

Amy is the second longest serving member of the Trust, having been involved since completing her work experiance placement back in :-) On top of the day job Amy and dad Roger also run Brentford Women & Girls FC and have done so for the last 20 years. In her spare time Amy enjoys travelling and listening to music and even found time to complete the 2006 London Marathon, (raising £1000 in the process). Amy also loves being an aunty!

Luis Melville: Community Development Manager

Bee's fans will know Luis from the media work he undertakes on behalf of the club. This includes producing content for the BFC website and Bees player. A dedicated football man Luis is passionate about any project he undertakes - from his main role developing our relationships with schools etc to his ongoing work on our Futsal programme. Luis is a man for all seasons and never fails to impress with his commitment and dedication to all things Trust related.

Greg Hardman: Schools & Coaches Manager

Greg started as an apprentice at the Trust back in 2004. Since then he has progressed to become our Schools and Coaches Manager. Greg is a huge Bee's fan and keeps telling us Nicky is going to give him the call up any day soon...Aside from work he is our man with his finger on the music pulse and introduces us to lots of truly terrible bands on a near weekly basis! Greg is also a keen Entomologist, specialising in rare species of Lepidoptera.

Inderraj Sandhu: Kickz Priogramme Coordinator

Indy has an easy going and natural demeanour that  makes him the ideal catalyst for coordinating the Kickz Programme. Originally a participant, Indy has come through the ranks to establish himself at the heart of our inclusion projects. A Man Utd fan, Indy has the decency to admit he has never been to Old Trafford, not even Manchester. In his spare time he enjoys managing his U14s Ealing and Acton Whistlers Saturday Football Club and going to the cinema.

Jackie Montague: Finance Manager

Jackie is another staff member who has enjoyed a long relationship with the Trust. Over the years each of Jackie's 3 children have taken part in our programmes at some point. Bee's fans will know Jackie's eldest, Ross Montague, who made a number of first team appearances for the Club. Jackie's work can often pass under the radar but rest assured she is very much appreciated here at the Trust, a highly respected member of the team.

Chris Tribe: Multi Sports Coach

Chris is a lifelong Bees fan and recalls seeing Nicky Forster playing up front in the first game he ever saw at Griffin Park. Chris is our tennis specialist and has even worked as a court coverer at Wimbledon (these days he prefers to go as a spectator though!). Away from sport, Chris enjoy's socialising with friends and takes a keen interest exploring historical sites and landmarks around the UK. Chris is also the politest person you will ever meet!

Paul Skelhorn: Media & Communications Manager

Paul is from a decidely non-sporting background, having previously worked in media at the NHS and London Business School. Paul's initial involvement was as a PT coach on the now legendary Street Soccer summer of 2002. He went full time when a dual role of community links and media officer arose in 2004. Since then he has been involved with every facet of the Trust, working with each project supporting their media & communications needs.

Luke Brooks Smith: Multi Sports Coach

Chiswick lad Luke first got involved with the Trust as a participant when he was a schoolboy at Chiswick Community School. 10 years on and he is now the Hounslow Xtreme Football Plus Coordinator. This sees Luke running a number of different sports and youth clubs across the Borough. Luke is currently working towards his UEFA B badge and we have no doubt he will pass first time. Away from work Luke enjoy's playing football and the occasional trip to the cinema!
