What is Extreme Football Plus...

In a nutshell we want to have a positive influence on young people’s lives, providing access to opportunity within a culturally familiar environment. We use sport and leisure activities as a catalyst to encourage project participation, encouraging young people to make positive life changes, enjoy and achieve and be engaged regularly with positive activities.

Based on Benson Close, Green Dragon, and Ivybridge Estates in Hounslow, the project engages with young people aged 8-19 years in a range of constructive and pro-active activities. EFP aims to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour whilst creating routes into education, training and employment.

The programme delivers 13 hours of youth provision per week over 48 weeks of the year. Although football is our core sport, we also offer activities such as basketball, boxing, street dance, cricket, youth clubs, and educational workshops.

All our sessions are free of charge and delivered in the heart of the targeted estates, ensuring they remain accessible for young residents to attend.
