Ruth Cadbury MP Joins Brentford FC Community Sports Trust’s Community Supporters Club

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is delighted to welcome Ruth Cadbury MP as the newest founding supporter of our Community Supporters Club, joining a growing group of dedicated individuals committed to strengthening the impact of our work across west London.

Ruth has been a long-standing champion of the Trust’s mission, regularly supporting our programmes, events, and advocacy efforts over many years. Ruth’s involvement has helped spotlight the importance of opportunity, health & wellbeing, and community cohesion for families and young people across Hounslow and the wider area.

A History of Dedicated Support

Ruth’s connection with the Trust goes far beyond today’s announcement. Over the years, Ruth has shown consistent support across a wide range of initiatives, from championing our RideLondon fundraising groups, a long standing supporter of the Kit Sponsors initiative, to joining us at Brentford sports participation events, community launches, and award celebrations that showcase the achievements of local young people. Ruth has also played an important role in advocating for youth development and social impact projects, publicly recognising the Trust’s work in education, mentoring, and inclusive sporting pathways. In addition, Ruth has been actively engaged in community safety and inclusion initiatives, including programmes focused on safer communities, women and girls’ football, and mental wellbeing, reinforcing a shared commitment to building a more connected and supportive local community.

By joining the Community Supporters Club, Ruth becomes part of a collective helping the Trust scale its mission, supporting programmes that improve physical and mental wellbeing, empower young people, foster inclusive opportunities, and strengthen local communities.
