Boys’ Football Programme
What does the football programme involve?
Participants have the opportunity to attend our weekly training sessions at venues in Gunnersbury, Twickenham and Uxbridge, delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaching staff.
Our football programme includes a structured development match programme against other professional club’s Community Sports Trust’s such as Coventry City, Fulham, Ipswich Town, MK Dons, QPR, Oxford United, Reading, Wycombe Wanderers and more.
Plus, we have an established pathway for players that show a higher level of potential within our football development pathway (show image below).
What is the benefit of joining our football programme?
Parents have highlighted the positive impact our FDC has had on their children.
Damian Christian, whose son attends our FDC, said:
“We would like to thank the Brentford FC Football Development Centre and all the coaching staff for helping with Frankie’s footballing progress. He has thoroughly enjoyed the training after joining aged 7, the coaches and methods used by the development centre has had an incredibly strong and positive effect on him as a person and player.”
Simon Cairnes agrees, he said:
“When the boys play against other opposition, their superior skills, positioning and tactical knowledge really shines through and shows just how well they are coached.”
What is the criteria for the trials?
The trials are available to:
- boys in school years 2 to 11
- boys who live in Hounslow, Ealing, Richmond, Hillingdon and Spelthorne.
How do I sign up?
