Adult Sports & Fitness sessions
Ages 18+

As part of our #BeeatWell campaign, we have launched a series of free health and fitness classes online for adults who live or work in Hounslow. You can get your heart pumping in your living room with our Bootcamp sessions or de-stress with our Yoga and Pilates sessions.

Delivered by our experienced and qualified instructors, and funded by One You Hounslow, these classes are the perfect way to keep active and healthy at home. All classes are streamed through the conferencing platform Zoom.

We also have an over 60s chair-based exercise class every Wednesday at 10.30am for older residents who might be self-isolating.
