New Soccercise exercise videos launched
Following on from the success of our first Soccercise video, we have launched a series of Soccercise videos in partnership with the Premier League’s Kicks project.
Designed to be undertaken either indoors or outdoors, Soccercise combines a variety of fitness exercises with a football. The class is delivered to music and based on repetitions of specific exercises (i.e. press-ups, squats, sit-ups).

Our first two videos are roughly six to seven-minutes long:
The Soccercise video is part of our #BeeatHome campaign that encourages children and adults to stay active within their homes. The Trust aims to deliver educational and physical activity content to children and young people in the local area while simultaneously urging people to stay at home to help save lives.
