Children, young people and parents home-schooling can access our engaging educational and physical activity content. Along with maths and literacy challenges, we also have a range of physical exercises – developed by our experienced coaches.

We launch our chair-based exercise class for older people who might be self-isolating

Following on from the success of our online health classes, we are launching a chair-based exercise class for those over the age of 60 or adults with limited mobility.

The sessions will be held every Wednesday at 10.30am and will start on Wednesday 15 April. Funded by One You Hounslow, the sessions are available for adults who live or work in Hounslow.

These sessions are ideal for older people self-isolating, the class will focus on strengthening muscles that are used in everyday activity and at a pace that suits participants involved.

Our Young Carers Coordinator talks to MyLondon about our “virtual youth clubs”

With young carers under particular strain during the Covid-19 crisis, our Young Carers coordinator has established weekly youth clubs online for young carers.

Our CEO, Lee Doyle, also spoke to MyLondon news about how we are responding to the crisis and supporting those most in need.
