Trust statement: Tier 4 restrictions
With London and the South of England moving into Tier 4 restrictions on Sunday 20 December, we are cancelling or postponing the majority of our community activities over Christmas.
During this pandemic, the safety and wellbeing of our participants has always been our top priority. After all factors were considered, we have taken this difficult decision and believe that our actions are appropriate for participants and staff.
Outlined below is an update regarding our projects and respective sessions.
School Holiday Camps
Our school holiday camps at Chase Bridge Primary School and St Mary’s RC Primary School in Chiswick have been cancelled. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your booking.
Football Development Programme
Our football festivals on Monday 21, Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 December at Gunnersbury Park have been cancelled – please email us at email@example.com for further information.
Our disability sports sessions at Springwest Academy are cancelled. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Premier League Kicks Holiday Camps
We are unable to run our Kicks Holiday Camps this week. We are in the process of organising online activities for these camps – including an exciting Q&A with Brentford players.
As part of the provision with the Premier League, we will also arrange lunch drops in respective areas over the next couple of days. For more information, email us at email@example.com
Due to us working with a number of vulnerable children through our education activities, we will still be running several 1-1 sessions. For more information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation closely and provide any further updates in due course.
We look forward to resuming our sessions in January and we urge all our participants to stay safe during the festive period. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
