Move it to lose it – Men’s and Women’s weight management course for Richmond residents
Our last group lost an average of 5kg!
This 12-week course is delivered by Brentford FC CST Health experts. The course lasts two-hours and covers nutrition and tips for a healthy lifestyle, followed by a low-impact exercise programme that can be done at home.
If you are between 30-60 years old and want to lose weight this is the programme for you.
We are running two separate courses via Zoom from September. One course will start on Wednesday 2nd June and running every Wednesday for 12 weeks.
The early bird offer cost for the course is £72 – which is just £6 per week. If you are in receipt of benefits or on a low income then the course is free.
